Q: Can you provide samples?

A: Yes, for samples worth less than USD100.00, we can provide them to you for free and send them to you within 7 days, but you need to pay for samples exceeding this value. All shipping costs are at your own expense. Samples are from stock, so we promise that the quality of all sent samples can represent the level of mass production.

We also invite you to make comments as soon as after receiving the samples, and your professional opinion will help us improve.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality of the material used by your products?

A: Our raw materials come from major famous steel mills and come with the original mill test certificate, and the material will be re-inspected upon arrival at the factory. Based on the advanced material management system, there are strict procedures for the flow of materials in the production process to make them traceable, and we also carry out a final verification check on the product materials before leaving the factory to ensure their correctness.

Q: How do you achieve your price advantage?

A: First of all, we make full use of the intensive local market resources, supported by our professional understanding of the product. Secondly, the advanced production process, efficient production management, etc., all of these have allowed HOLAPL to accumulate rich experience in cost control. We are glad that you have noticed this and we will be proud to be your best choice for purchasing pipeline products.

Q：How long is your lead time?

A：For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 30-40 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

Q: What is the warranty period of your products?

A: We normally promise a product warranty period of 18 months after the ETD. Some rubber products or products containing rubber parts have a warranty period of 12 months, provided that they are used in the correct working conditions. The above commitments are based on our confidence in the quality of our products. Of course, we will give corresponding technical support and provide delivery services for consumable spare parts with problems that occur after this warranty period.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity requirement?

A: There is no minimum order quantity required for orders for regular standards/sizes/specifications of pipeline products; please consult with us for the minimum order quantity for sample processing/drawing processing and products requiring mold opening.

Q: Can you provide the relevant documents/documentation?

A: Certainly, in line with our service concept of wholehearted service and technical disclosure, we can provide complete sets of export documents (according to your needs) such as clear and complete invoices/packing lists/mill test certificates/non-confidential technical drawings/inspection sheets/certificates/certificates of origin/insurance policies.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: You can pay to our bank account by Western Union or PayPal: down payments are 30%, and the 70% balance should be paid by a copy of the bill of lading.
